Educational Qualification and Experience:
1. For Counsellor:
- Essential Qualification: Graduate/ Post Graduate in Psychology OR Graduate with Diploma in Career Guidance and Counselling.
- Desirable: Higher qualification and experience as counsellor.
2. For Ward Boy:
Essential Qualification:
- Matriculate from a recognized Govt. Institution.
Desirable:
- BA/ B.Sc/ B.com Degree
- Degree/ Diploma in Sports from a recognized Govt. Institution.
- Should be able to converse fluently in English.
For PEM/ PTI- cum Matron:
Essential Qualification:
- Matriculate from a recognized Govt. Institution.
Desirable:
- BA/ B.Sc/ B.com Degree
- Degree/ Diploma in Sports from a recognized Govt. Institution.
- Should be able to converse fluently in English.
For Nursing Sister:
Essential Qualification:
- Diploma in Nursing/ Degree.
Desirable:
- 5 years experience in the profession
- Should be able to converse fluently in English.
For GE (Ayah):
Essential Qualification:
Matriculate or equivalent and should be able to understand and converse in Hindi

For Martial Arts Instructure:
Essential Qualification:
- Class 12 from a recognized Board/ Council with Black Bell or above from a recognized Institution.

- Having knowledge/ experience in the field for 5 years
Pay/ Salary:
- For Counsellor: Rs. 25,000/- per month consolidated
- For Ward Boy: Rs. 20,000/- per month consolidated
- For PEM/ PTI- cum Matron: Rs. 20,000/- per month consolidated
- For Nursing Sister: Rs. 16,000/- per month consolidated
For GE (Ayah): Rs. 12,000/- per month consolidated- For Martial Arts Instructure: Rs. 12,000/- per month consolidated
Mode of Selection:
- Written test, skill test and interview (wherever applicable)
Note:
- The candidates securing minimum essential marks/ shortlisted in the written test will be permitted to take part in further selection round.
- Only the shortlisted candidates will be called for written examination.
- candidates will have to make their own arrangements for boarding and lodging during their stay at Imphal attending the examination.
- No. Ta/ DA will be admissible for attending the examination.
