## Position Details, Salary, and Eligibility Criteria (IBSD Imphal Recruitment 2026)
1. Project Scientist-I
- Number of Vacancies: 1 Post
- Monthly Remuneration: Rs. 56,000/- + HRAÂ per month
- Age Limit: Maximum 35 years (Upper age limit relaxable for reserved categories as per GoI norms)
- Duration: Initially for 1 year, extendable further after assessment
- Essential Qualifications: * Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences (Pharmacology / Pharmaceutical Chemistry / Pharmacognosy) OR Ph.D. in Life Sciences (Zoology / Biotechnology) OR Ph.D. in Chemistry (Organic / Natural Product Chemistry).
- Work experience in R&D / Industries / Academic Institutions / S&T activities and services.
- Desirable Skills: Experience in handling animal cell culture, ELISA, RT-PCR, and molecular techniques. Experience in handling HPLC, LCMS, HPTLC, and a strong publication record.
2. Project Associate
- Number of Vacancies: 2 Posts
- Monthly Remuneration: Rs. 31,000/- + HRAÂ per month
- Age Limit: Maximum 35 years (Upper age limit relaxable for reserved categories as per GoI norms)
- Duration: Initially for 1 year, extendable further after assessment
- Essential Qualifications: * M.Pharma (Pharmacology / Pharmaceutical Chemistry / Pharmacognosy) OR M.Sc. / M.S. in Life Sciences (Zoology / Biotechnology) OR M.Sc. / M.S. in Chemistry (Organic / Natural Product Chemistry).
- Work experience in R&D / Industries / Academic Institutions / S&T activities and services.
- Desirable Skills: Experience in handling animal cell culture, ELISA, RT-PCR, molecular techniques, HPLC, LCMS, HPTLC, alongside a strong publication record.
