- This is re-Advertisement for the post of JRF (purely contractual) for project title “Development of High Gain Circularly Polarized Microstrip MIMO Antenna for IoT Based Wireless Drone Application to Enhance the Border Security Surveillance Using Satellite Frequency Band” funded by the Anusandhan National Research Foundation (ANRF), Govt. of India, in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, NIT Manipur. Age Limit
- Not more than 30 years as on last date of receipt of application. Upper age limit will be relaxed upto 5 years for SC/ ST/ PwD candidates and 3 years for OBC-NCL candidates.
Essential Qualification:
- The applicants must have passed B.Tech/ B.E. in Electronics and Communication Engineering or Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering, and M.Tech/ M.E. in relevant field of Electronics (Microwave, Antenna/ Wireless Communication is desirable). Applicant from Physics background especially M.Sc. in Physics and M.Sc in Electronics from a recognized university and institute can also apply.
- The candidate must have secured minimum CGPA/ CGPI of 6.5 on a 10-point scale (or equivalent) or 60% marks in both Bachelor and Master Degrees.
- The candidate must have qualified GATE/ NET at least once.
Emoluments:
- Rs. 37,000/- per month + HRA (as per institute norms).
Project Duration:
- Three year or up to the termination of the project, subject to half-yearly performance review.

- Interested candidate may send their duly filled Application form (Annexure-I) along with the brief resume/curriculum vitae (CV) and self-attested copies of the relevant certificate/ documents to the Principal Investigator (PI) of the project, Dr. Kalyan Mondal, Assistant Professor, Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, NIT Manipur, Manipur-795004 by hand or speed/registered post on or before 3:00 p.m. of 18/05/2025.
