1. Post Graduate Teacher (PGT)

Age Limit: 18 – 65yrs.
Educational Qualification:
1. For Post Graduate Teacher (PGT):
- Master’s degree or equivalent in the concerned subject with at least 50% marks and B.Ed. (Relaxation sought in B.Ed.)
2. For Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT):
- (a) Bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks in the Concern subjects/ combination of subjects in aggregate. The electives subjects and language in the combination of subjects are given below:
i. TGT (English): Bachelor’s Degree in English.
ii. TGT (Mathematics): Bachelor’s Degree in mathematics with any two of the following subjects: Physics, Chemistry, Electronics, Computer Science and Statistics - (b) Pass in the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET), conducted by the CBSE in accordance with the guidelines framed by the NCTE for the purpose or B.Ed. (Relaxation sought in CTET and B.Ed.)
Relaxation:
- For candidate applying for PGTs and have not completed B.Ed. the required qualifying marks for Science and Maths subjects is 60% and for other subjects is 55%.
- For candidate applying for TGTs and have not completed B.Ed. and CTET. The required qualifying marks is 60% for mathematics and 55% for other subjects.
Desirable for all posts:
- Knowledge on Computer Applications and Proficiency to teach in English and Hindi.
Salary:
- For Post Graduate Teacher (PGT): Rs. 32,500/- p.m. pro-rate basis
- For Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT): Rs. 31,250/- p.m. pro-rated basis
Mode of Selection: Walk-in-Interview (Personal Interview)
