Name of Project:
- Demonstration of latest Horticulture Technologies
Name of Post: (Total No. of Post)
- Young Professional I: 01 post
- Young Professional II: 01 post
Age Limit:
- Minimum 21 years and maximum 45 years as on last day of submission of application form.
Educational Qualification & Experience:
1. For Young Professional I:
Essential Qualification:
- B.Tech (Agril Engg)
Desirable:
- Elective in Soil and water Conservation
- Knowledge of IOT based soil and water management in the field/ polyhouse.
- Experience of Smart Agriculture Monitoring System and automatic irrigation system
2. For Young Professional II:
- M. Sc in Horticulture (Vegetable Science /Fruit science)
Desirable:
- At least one year experience of working in protected cultivation, hydroponic, vertical farming, etc. of horticultural crops.
- Basic knowledge of cable and shade net house
- Preferably Ph.D.degree in relevant subject
Duration of Project:
- Initially for a peroid of one year and extendable for further three years based on performance to be assessed by the PI of the project and continuation of Project.
Emoluments per month:
- For Young Professional I: Rs. 25,000/- (fixed)
- For Young Professional II: Rs. 35,000/- (fixed)
Mode of Selection: Based on Interview
